Hello everyone,

We are starting this as a way to help our friend, Brisa, and her family with medical expenses, legal fees, and bills.

On September 6th, Brisa was involved in a terrible accident that caused multiple severe injuries to her right arm, pelvis, and both legs. She was hit while she was on her motorcycle by a car. She was only a few blocks from her home. Her family has obtained a lawyer for the situation.

During her time in the hospital, she has undergone several surgeries and may be scheduled to go through more. She will be transferred to a rehabilitation facility once she is done with surgeries to assist her on her recovery while she relearns how to walk and use her arm. A full recovery is expected to be at least a year.

Due to the extent of her injuries, Brisa is unable to work. Any remaining donations after her medical expenses and legal fees will go towards Brisa's bills.
