***** UPDATE****
I want to first of all thank all of you that have reached out to this family in the last 3 days. This has been a horrible tragedy that has left so many of us in shock and pain. The reality is no one will feel that loss or pain more than his children and wife. I know personally Steve brought nothing but joy to my life for the 25 years I knew him , always with a joke, always offering me support. A couch to crash on, staying at the hospital with me through surgeries, and the only way I can think to honor him is to help his family during this horrible time. I wish there was a rich uncle, or some sort of life insurance to come in, theres no medical insurance for Misty and Devin, no savings acct., no 401k, nothing. They were already living paycheck to paycheck and its gone. Misty is on full disability which only gives her $900 a month with no medical coverage, she is unable to work, as so many of you that know, her health requires many surgeries. Devin is too young to have to deal with any of this and should not have to worry about any of the financial burdens on his family. Financially they have nothing. We are all this family has to get them through this time. Monetary help is something we can do right now to meet their physical needs, while they cope with the emotional trauma of loosing their, Father, Husband, Best Friend, Companion, Provider, Partner, their Everything.
If you can give $5 it will help, if you can share it with your fb family that will help. Anything you feel in your heart you can do it will help, because as of right now there is nothing but whats in this gofund and thats going completely to the funeral. The last thing his wife and children need to worry about is current bills, debts, food, the water being shut off, putting gas in the car etc. Thank you so very much for all of your love and support. Every single penny will being going to the Hinxenbaugh Family, our goal is to make sure this beautiful family is able to get through this. Thankyou - Love Rachel Tafoya
