Bring Sam Home

In February, Samuel Dixon was diagnosed with a rare form of debilitating brain cancer called CNS lymphoma. Since then, he has not been home - traveling between nursing homes and hospitals to receive care and treatment. Unfortunately, due to lack of improvement, he is being cut off from Medicare benefits. We would like to bring him home, but are in need of a nursing aid and daily in-home care. We would greatly appreciate any support that you can give.
