It is with broken hearts that we come to you asking for help to bring our beloved son,brother,and uncle Victor Moreno, home so we can have a proper funeral service. He passed away in Wisconsin suddenly on December 21st, just one day before his mother’s 15-year death anniversary, which makes these holidays even harder. He was planning to come home to Texas in the coming weeks before his sudden death. He was a loving brother, son, uncle, and friend who always made everyone laugh. He always brought a smile when entering a room. He loved to play his guitar, go fishing, and spend the weekends with his family.
