A Family's Journey Home for the Holidays

Hello, everyone. I am reaching out today with a humble request and a hopeful heart. My name is Jake Lambertson, and my family—my wife, our 4-year-old daughter, and I—find ourselves in a challenging situation. We have been stranded in Kentucky for the past three to four months, trying desperately to get back home to New York in time for the holidays.

Our Current Situation

Our journey took an unexpected turn when we purchased a car here that, unbeknownst to us, had been flooded. This unfortunate purchase led to a minor accident, leaving us without reliable transportation and stranded far from home. The ramifications of this situation have been significant; we have lost everything, including our home in New York.
