If you’ve ever crossed paths with Sue, you’ve likely been greeted by her infectious energy. Sue is a lively, fun-loving spirit who keeps everyone around her laughing and smiling, even on the toughest days.

An Unexpected Journey

Recently, Sue received news that has turned her world upside down. She has been diagnosed with a growth on her brain that requires immediate treatment. This is an incredibly frightening and uncertain time, and Sue is now facing the very type of medical hurdles she has spent so much of her life helping others navigate.

Our Goal: Bringing Her Son Home

While Sue is surrounded by supportive friends, colleagues and family nothing replaces the presence of a child during a crisis. Sue’s only son currently lives in Toronto, Canada. The distance between them has never felt greater than it does right now.

We are launching this fundraiser to remove the financial burden of international travel, ensuring her son can:

• Travel back to Australia as soon as possible.

• Provide the direct love and care that only a son can offer.

• Be by Sue’s side during her treatments and recovery.
