My name is Miles Reid, and I’m starting a custom butcher and animal-processing business right here in Mountain Home, Idaho, to serve our local ranchers, farmers, and families.

Our community is underserved when it comes to quality meat processing. Many locals have to drive long distances, deal with long wait times, or accept lower-quality service. At the same time, store-bought meat quality continues to decline while prices keep climbing. Willow Rock Farms will change that.

We will offer custom butchering, processing, curing, smoking, and packaging services so families and small ranchers can raise their own animals and turn them into high-quality, affordable meat for their tables. This means better food, lower costs for you, and keeping more money circulating right here in our local economy.
