In the early hours of Jan 19, 2026, my very best friend for 40+ years, Angela Bevan (and Mill) lost their house due to an intense fire…they lost everything. They are alive and well (so is Max, the cat), thank goodness, but all they currently have are the clothes on their backs.
If you know anything about Angela, you know she’s always helping somebody - in fact, Chris Bickley was staying with her and is also displaced.
As you can imagine, this is absolutely devastating. The sense of peace and tranquility the house used to hold is no longer…it is now a mere pile of ash.
Angela is a very strong woman, but this is too much for any one person to handle alone. They will be starting over from scratch and any donation amount is greatly appreciated.
