Paul was a chef at Huanchaco, where he was not just an employee, but part of our family. He was kind, hardworking, respectful, and truly loved by everyone who had the chance to know him. His loss has left a huge void in our hearts and in our team.

Paul was from Peru and was here in the United States alone. His mother is in Peru, and he was her only son. During this incredibly painful time, we want to help his family with something very important: repatriating his body back to Peru, so he can rest in his homeland and his mother can say goodbye to him properly.

The cost of repatriation is very high, and we are asking for the support of our community, friends, customers, and anyone who feels moved to help. Any donation, no matter the amount, will make a difference.

Paul always gave his best at work and to the people around him. Now it’s our turn to come together for him and for his mother, who is going through unimaginable pain.
