Bringing Nelson S. Brown home!

Dear friends and family,

our beautiful Nelson Steven Brown has stepped into the great unknown. He has left us in body but not in spirit. Nelson was surrounded by his loved ones, when he left this world. He claimed all his joy and went into the light with the beautiful sound of Bob Marleys "Jammin'".

We as his family in Germany and the United States are feeling overwhelmed by all the love Nelson has received in his life. He has touched so many hearts and connected so many beautiful souls. We feel blessed that he was so important to not just his beautiful kids, also to all of you! He was a father, a husband, a good friend and little bit of a hustler, too ;-) Nelson maybe could have lived many more years, but as we all know him, he was not supposed to be old. His heart was full of joy, he loved the music and his sports. Looking at his life today, he has lived for a 100 years and it was a good life. He was a passionated and caring person. We also remind him as great basektball trainer and mentor for the "Kreuzberg Beats" in Berlin, Germany. The imprint the leaves for the next generation is one of the most valuable gifts to our community.

Our mission is to bring Nelson home, so he can be reunited with his Mother and family! He will be cremated and brought over by me his girlfriend and his 2 kids Nayeli and Nikan. We want the kids to go onto a journey to meet their family and connected with their roots. On a longterm his urn will be honoured at veteran memorial.
