As a disabled veteran and a guitar player, I’ve seen firsthand how much music can mean to those who have served. Last year, I had the privilege of playing a Christmas program at the Bloomington, IL VA clinic. The response from the veterans was incredibly moving—one even told me, “nobody does that anymore.” That moment stuck with me, and since then, I’ve been asked when I’ll be back to play again.

This encouragement inspired me to do even more. With the 250th

anniversary approaching, I want to bring music and celebration to as many veterans as possible. My goal is to travel to different locations, performing for veterans who may not often get to experience live music. I’m working on a special set and plan to make week-long trips (or longer) throughout the summer and into the fall, sharing music and joy wherever I go.

To make this possible, I’m asking for your support. The funds raised will help cover travel expenses and any equipment I might need along the way. Every contribution, big or small, will help me reach more veterans and let them know they’re remembered and appreciated.
