Bringing Magnus Home – A Request for Help

Magnus was more than just a dog—he was our family’s heart. For ten beautiful years, this gentle, blue-eyed husky was our constant companion, our protector, and our source of joy. He grew up alongside our daughter Becca, watched over her like a big brother, and never left Christina’s side during her toughest days. Whether we were curled up during movie nights, or simply sharing quiet moments on the porch, Magnus was there—always loyal, always loving. His presence brought a sense of peace that words can’t fully capture. Losing him so suddenly has left an emptiness we’re still struggling to navigate. We miss him deeply - the tilt of his head when we said his name, and the way he seemed to understand our emotions better than anyone else.

In the midst of our grief, we’re also facing the burden of the unexpected costs that came with Magnus’s final days—emergency vet care, medication and now the cremation and arrangements to bring him home where he belongs. As a family already stretched thin, the financial toll has been overwhelming. We want to honor Magnus with the dignity and love he gave us every day of his life, but we need help to do that.
