Even during the current temporary truce, our struggle to access basic necessities continues. After returning to northern Gaza, we found that all essential infrastructure—electricity, water, and internet—had been completely destroyed. Life remains a daily battle for survival.
Our Daily Struggles Without Electricity
No power means no way to charge phones or access the internet for vital communication.
My sister, Raghd, is in her final year of high school, studying for her crucial exams. With no schools available, she relies on online learning—but without electricity or internet, her education is on hold, putting her future at risk.
Without power, nights are spent in complete darkness, making even simple tasks difficult.
My family spends long hours washing clothes by hand due to the lack of electricity.
What We Need
To regain a sense of normalcy, we need to install a small solar energy system that will help us power essential needs. We are raising funds to purchase:
☀️ 3 solar panels (each costs 6,000 ILS → €1,500 per panel) → €4,500
2 batteries (each costs 5,000 ILS → €1,250 per battery) → €2,500
Total Cost Calculation
- Solar panels: €4,500
- Batteries: €2,500
- Subtotal: €7,000
- Money transfer fee (30%) → €2,100
- Platform fee (2.5%) → €175
Final Total: €9,275
Any contribution can bring us closer to restoring a basic source of energy:
Your support means more than just electricity—it means hope, education, and survival. Please donate and help us bring light back into our lives.
