On May 5, 2026, my cousins world came crashing down when her son, Jaleel, did not return home.
I am writing this on behalf of my cousin as she is too distraught to do so herself.
Jaleel is more than just a missing person — he is a loving son, brother, and bright light in our family.
Growing up, he was always the jokester. He loved impersonating people and making his siblings and Mom laugh until they cried. One of her favorite things was hearing him talk about his day after school because he always had a story to tell.
At a young age, Jaleel was diagnosed with Asperger’s Syndrome and developmental delays. Because of this, he struggles with learning new things and navigating situations on his own. Our greatest concern is for his safety and well-being.
Since his disappearance, our family has been doing everything we can to search for him, spread awareness, and keep hope alive.
This journey has been emotionally and financially overwhelming. Funds raised will help support search efforts, transportation, printing flyers, time away from work, and other expenses as we continue looking for Jaleel and bringing attention to his case.
We are asking for your prayers, support, and help sharing Jaleel’s story. Every donation, no matter the amount, helps our family continue this fight and keeps hope alive that Jaleel will return home safely.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for standing with us during one of the most difficult time of our lives.
