25-year old Jasmine Woods is the daughter of Iyona Sutton and Jerrold Woods.

On August 25, 2019 ... Jasmine, her twin Janay and their bestfriends flew to Mexico to celebrate their bestfriend birthday.
While there Jasmine complained of feeling ill but thought it would pass. Days later she realized she needed to get home to seek medical attention.  After multiple attempts to get back to the United States she was finally allowed to board the plane.  However, sometime during the flight Jasmine went into cardiac arrest and stopped breathing but was resuscitated and transferred to the hospital.

She is currently in a hospital in Fort Lauderdale, FL.  Upon arriving at the hospital the doctors performed emergency surgery and We learned that the root cause of her illness stemmed from a perforated ulcer. which resulted in dialysis 4 days a week to restore kidney function.  Presently, she is on a ventilator and is unresponsive. The hospital's goal is having her medically air lifted back to Illinois as soon as possible, where she can receive expert care closer to home on what remains to be a long road to recovery due to possible brain injury.

While she has health insurance it only covers a minimal portion of the medical flight and hospital expenses accumulating each day.

Any donation amount that you can contribute will be greatly appreciated. I thank you in advance on behalf of jasmine woods and all of her family and friends.
