Our dear friend, Nelson, is battling a rare and complex heart condition called Tetralogy of Fallot—a genetic malformation of the heart. For the past 45 years, Nelson has undergone multiple surgeries and repairs, bravely fighting against the odds. However, his condition has now reached a critical stage where only a heart transplant can offer him a chance at survival. As Nelson fights for his life, his wife Juliana is doing everything she can to support their three beautiful children, Emily, Nicolas, and Nicole.
