Our goal for this film is to support and engage the conversation around victims of suicide and their loved ones while respecting the deeply tragic and sensitive nature of so many families' experiences.
Supporting and believing in this project will help this film complete Post Production, the complete editing, color correction, and the addition of music and sound. We also plan to schedule of the release of the film to film festivals and other markets and will cover festival submission fees and travel arrangements. The goal is to allow this film to have the largest release to reach those who will need to hear this message of hope.
Suicide is a public health issue and the 11th leading cause of death in the United States. We lose 22 veterans to suicide every day, a figure most of the population is unaware of.
This staggering fact is the motivation behind telling this story, to bring this important topic to the forefront of the conversation. In doing so, the audience will feel informed and empowered to make a difference for those who are struggling. Veterans themselves will also be exposed to important and life saving resources that are available to them.
We are very passionate about this project and value your help in spreading the awareness of this production.
Sincerely from our cast and crew, we could not complete this project without you.
