Bringing home our hero: Alex Martin
Donation protected
On Wednesday, September 4th at 9:07PM Alex left his place here on earth and upon his departure he was able to be an organ donor and save 2 lives. He got to go out a hero. Fitting for someone so special like him. Alex was only 31 but he had an old soul. A kind soul. He would give the shirt off his back even if it was the last thing he owned! If any of his friends needed help with any task, no matter how large, he was right there! He would work until the job was done and not complain once. Alex loved fishing with his brothers, hanging out with friends listening to music and drinking a cold beer. He enjoyed being part of all the family functions, especially the ones with good food lol he truly was a very special guy. He loved with his whole heart and all he ever wanted in return was that same thing… love. Sadly, his passing was very unexpected and there are no funds available for the cremation service, which has to be paid for in full at the time he is cremated and before he can come home. We are creating this account in hopes to raise money for the cremation as well as to cover some expenses lingering from his time in the hospital.
Alex left this earth as a loved son to Wendi (Brian) Kale and Stephen Martin. He left behind his brother Jacob Martin, sister Emily Martin (Christopher Grosh, and their children Emma and Alexander), younger brother David Martin, extended siblings, Shane, Josh, Jesse, Danny and Julie Day and countless others. He was greeted in heaven by his loving grandparents and several other members of his family and friends. Alex did not just have normal friends. Oh no. Once he got you locked in you were family. Part of his pack for life. His “wolf pack”. His memories and spirit will live on through all of us and through the lives he was able to save at the end. We ask that you pray for our family at this time, donate if you can and share this out to the world so they can learn of what a great young man we are trying to bring home.
Memorial services will be planned and shared at a later date.
