I’m sharing this link to try and help during these difficult times, the passing of my friend. Here are a few words from his partner:

With a completely broken heart, I am asking for help during the most painful moment of my life. My partner passed away suddenly last Saturday. He was only 36 years old. His death was unexpected, and our world changed forever in an instant.

He was from Mexico, and his greatest love was his family. His mother and his young daughter’s are waiting for him there, hoping for the chance to say goodbye and give him the farewell he deserves. Unfortunately, due to our current economic situation, we do not have the financial means to cover the high cost of repatriating his body to Mexico.

Time is critical, and the expenses are overwhelming. I never imagined I would have to ask for help like this, but I cannot do this alone. Any donation, no matter how small, will go directly toward repatriation and related expenses. If you are unable to donate, sharing this fundraiser would be an enormous help.

Con el corazón completamente roto, estoy pidiendo ayuda durante el momento más doloroso de mi vida. Mi pareja falleció repentinamente el sábado pasado. Solo tenía 36 años. Su muerte fue inesperada y nuestro mundo cambió para siempre en un instante.

Era de México, y su mayor amor era su familia. Su madre y sus pequeñas hijas lo están esperando allí, esperando la oportunidad de darle la despedida que se merece.

Desafortunadamente, debido a la situación económica actual, no tenemos los medios financieros para cubrir el alto costo de repatriar su cuerpo a México.

El tiempo es crítico y los gastos son abrumadores. Nunca imaginé que tendría que pedir ayuda de esta manera, pero no puedo hacerlo sola.

Cualquier donación, por pequeña que sea, se destinará directamente a la repatriación y a los gastos relacionados. Si no puede donar, compartir esta recaudación de fondos sería de gran ayuda.
