Hello. I’m in need of help to start up a small business cafe that serves espresso, matcha, and infused energy drinks. We will also serve brunch/lunch items such as sandwiches, wraps, and salads made with locally sourced ingredients, in addition to fresh scratch-baked goods for the staff and patients in a Kaiser Rockwood medical office location.
