Hi everyone my name is Shantaneek and I just came on here to say on Wednesday May 20th in the middle of the night I received a phone call that changes my life forever and my family my brother Davon 28 passed away unexpectedly.

Our family is heartbroken after the unexpected and tragic loss of my brother, who passed away in Las Vegas after suffering a fatal stab wound to the chest from attempting to breaking up a fight and protecting his loved ones in what turned to his life being taken, my brother was a loving uncle ,brother ,cousin, and son and had a bright future ahead of him he always had a smile that would light the room up ,a conversation and a phone call away for anyone, a man of his word and loving of his family. This has completely devastated our family, and we are still trying to process this unimaginable pain.

We are all originally from Stockton, California, and I live in Northern California my mom, sisters and brother Davon had just moved out there for a new start with my aunt and our biggest wish is to just bring him home so he can be laid to rest beside our other brother, who passed away 10 years ago. Having them together means everything to our family and would bring us some peace during this painful and unimaginable time.

Unfortunately, the costs of transporting his body from Las Vegas to Stockton, funeral expenses, burial arrangements, and other unexpected costs are more than our family can handle alone.

We are asking for any help, prayers, donations, or even just sharing this fundraiser. Every contribution, no matter how small, truly means the world to us and helps bring our brother home where he belongs.
