Hello, my name is Megan Nasr and I am writing this with tear filled eyes and a shattered heart. On March 1, 2022 at 8:34 PM, the greatest man I've ever known gained his angel wings. My father was the most amazing father any kid could ask for. He modeled what it meant to be a good person to both my brother and I and anyone who knew him. He was so welcoming, patient, understanding, and kind hearted. He never turned his back on those he loved or those who came to him for help. He was absolutely the type of man whose presence alone would light up a room.

My parents spent almost 40 wonderful years together and their story started in California, it's also where we'd like to lay him to his final rest. It's where our best memories are and where my Dad truly considered home.

We are currently in the process of making arrangements for his transport and funeral services from Virginia to California which will be his final resting place. Everything including his condition went down hill so fast, my family and I were caught extremely off guard and were unprepared for such a tragedy and loss. These arrangements come at a fairly high cost, along with airfare and travel for my Mom, myself, and my spouse to follow my Dad back to California where we will say our final goodbyes.

Our own funds have gotten us so far, but we are still needing help for his services and getting ourselves out to California. No donation or contribution is too small, it all adds up and is greatly appreciated.

My Dad was a great person, husband, father, and friend. We would just like to make sure the way he gets laid to rest is also a reflection of the life he lived and love that he spread to all those he came into contact with.

We love you Dad always and forever! May you rest in peace as your receive your place in Heaven.
