For over 5 years, DBI Widows & Orphan Empowerment Initiative (DBI WOE) & House of Comfort (HOC) has stood as a beacon of hope, providing food, clothing, hygiene kits, and educational support to women and children who have been left vulnerable by circumstances beyond their control.
