Hello, my name is Malaya Williams, and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart and a hopeful spirit. My grandmother recently passed away in Evansville, Indiana, leaving behind her beloved dog, Coco Parker. Coco was her constant companion, and now she needs a safe, loving home with family who will cherish her just as much.

I flew all the way to Indiana to bring Coco back to Texas, where she can be reunited with her sister and surrounded by family. Unfortunately, the journey has been much harder than expected. Because of the cold weather, American Airlines will not allow Coco to travel in cargo, and she is too noisy to fly in the cabin. I also cannot give her melatonin or any medication before the flight, and the airline warned me that if she barks, we could even be removed from the plane. Flying has become too risky, but I refuse to give up on Coco. She deserves to be with her family in Texas, where she will be safe, loved, and close to her sister.

That’s why I’m asking for your help. Donations will go directly toward ground transportation and safe relocation services to bring Coco home. Every contribution, no matter the size, will help us honor my grandmother’s memory and ensure Coco is cared for by the people who love her most.
