Growing up, I spent much of my childhood travelling to Pakistan and witnessed firsthand the challenges many families face every day. One thing that always stayed with me was seeing children and families without reliable access to clean water—something so many of us in Australia can access instantly without a second thought.

Being born and raised in Australia has given me access to opportunities and essentials that many people around the world do not have. Access to clean water is one of them. It's a privilege that often goes unnoticed until you see communities where obtaining safe drinking water is a daily struggle.

Today, millions of people across Pakistan continue to rely on unsafe water sources, particularly in rural, underserved, and flood-affected regions. Contaminated water contributes to preventable illness and places children, the elderly, and vulnerable families at significant risk.

This fundraiser is deeply personal to me. It's an opportunity to give back to the communities that shaped many of my childhood memories and to transform gratitude into meaningful action.

Our goal is to raise $500 to fund a Shallow Hand Pump Water Well in rural Pakistan.

This hand-pumped shallow tube well will provide clean, safe water to approximately 25 people across 5 households every day, where water scarcity continues to impact health, wellbeing, and survival.

Built to last up to five years and manually operated, the well offers a sustainable and accessible source of clean water for families who need it most. More than just a water source, it provides dignity, improved health outcomes, and peace of mind for an entire community.

Every contribution, no matter the size, helps bring us closer to reaching our goal and providing a family with one of life's most basic necessities.

Every drop of clean water is a gift—for the families who receive it and the people who make it possible.

Thank you for supporting this cause and helping create a lasting impact for families in need.
