Help Us Bring Jose Francisco Quispe Llancay, Known to Many as “Cisco,” Home to Peru ❤️

With heavy hearts, we are asking for your support following the tragic and unexpected passing of Cisco, RJay’s beloved husband.

Cisco was tragically killed after being struck by a vehicle in Vancouver. His passing has left RJay, their families, friends, and everyone who knew and loved him heartbroken. Losing someone so suddenly is incredibly difficult, and the family is now faced with the emotional and financial challenges that come with such an unimaginable loss.

One of the family’s biggest wishes is to bring Cisco home to Peru, so he can be laid to rest surrounded by his family and loved ones.

We are raising funds to help cover the costs of repatriating Cisco’s remains from Canada to Peru, funeral and burial arrangements, and other expenses related to bringing him home.

Any amount, no matter how small, can make a meaningful difference. If you’re not in a position to donate, sharing this fundraiser with your friends, family, and community would mean just as much.

If you witnessed the incident or have footage

The Vancouver Police Department is looking for witnesses and anyone who may have CCTV or dash-cam footage from Granville Street between W. 41st Avenue and W. 52nd Avenue on September 28, 2026, at approximately 1:10 a.m.

If you have any information or footage that may help with the investigation, please contact the Vancouver Police Collision Investigation Unit. You can find the official VPD notice here.

During this incredibly painful time, we are asking our community to come together for RJay and Cisco’s family. Your donation, your share, or simply keeping them in your thoughts means more than we can say.

Thank you for helping us bring Cisco home. ❤️
