The timeline for our international adoption has accelerated unexpectedly, and we are both excited and overwhelmed by this change. What we originally expected to spread out over a year—primarily the remaining legal fees and travel preparation—has now been condensed into a much shorter timeframe. We are needing to raise funds to complete the process and be ready to travel as soon as we are cleared. While this shift has caught us off guard financially, we are deeply thankful for the opportunity it represents. Cathy coming home sooner is the outcome we have been hoping and praying for, and it fills us with hope to know that the day is approaching faster than we imagined.


Cathy has also suffered from a lot of medical issues and has undergone several surgeries, with at least two more expected in the near future. This makes the urgency and support even more important, as we want to ensure she receives the best care possible.


The funds will help cover legal fees, passports, visas, and other essentials needed to finalize the adoption and prepare for travel. Additionally, your support will help us prepare for Cathy's ongoing medical needs and future surgeries, ensuring she receives the care she deserves.
