My daughter was taken while I was incapacitated and I haven't seen her since.  I've been a stay at home dad since Emma was a year-old. What occurred on January 13 is hard to believe.  

I'm currently in the middle of trying to defend myself against false allegations that should never have been put in place.

Please donate so that I can properly hire someone who will work with the court system to prove my innocence and help get my daughter back. So far it's been more than two weeks and I have not spoken to or seen my daughter.

Understand I had custody of my daughter and she was taken from me in a manner that would shock you.

Please help bring my daughter back...

I was rushed to the hospital, via ambulance, the evening of January 11 after finishing a show for a well respected insurance company at the Jonathan Club in downtown Los Angeles. Moments before the finish of the show I was weak, out of breath and losing consciousness. Thankfully one of the attendees in the audience had nursing skills.   She recognized I was in trouble and had me rushed to St. Vincent's Hospital.  Spoiler alert… She saved my life. 

While in and out of consciousness,  on the way to the hospital, my main goal was to make sure my daughter was being taken care of by the fantastic couple who were watching her while I was doing the show.  (They took great care of her that evening.) 

A 3 unit blood transfusion (approximately 1 liter of A+ blood) still couldn't bring my hemoglobin count from a dangerous and life-threatening 5 up to what should've been 14 -18.   Hemoglobin is what carries the oxygen to the vital parts of your brain, heart, etc. Without it your body shuts down. Death follows.

 The lovely couple who were watching my daughter and caring for her took her to school Friday Jan 13 because I was  put on the fast track to have surgery for  internal bleeding  associated with my gastrointestinal system  and physically couldn't be there to take Emma to school as I do each day. 

 On Friday Jan 13… While under emergency surgery in the hospital  to stop bleeding that was causing me to lose more than a liter of blood, my daughter was removed from the grounds of her school without my knowledge or permission by a person who did not have custodial rights or permission !

 I and others familiar with the situation believe this was done maliciously/vindictively because I had court granted custodial rights  for reasons recognized by a judge  in November 2016 .

 Back to the reason why Emma and I need your support… PLEASE HELP.  I currently need  funds to defend myself against the  individuals who are determined to take my daughter from me. 
The story goes far deeper and the more the details come out the more frustrated and angry it could make you and that's not what I intend to do.  I intend to empower you  to participate in a campaign  to  defend my daughter against  The system and people who aren't considering the whole picture. 

In order for me to hire proper counsel in these areas it takes  financial wherewithal .  I'm a very conservative person so I will not waste money in areas that I know I can do the legwork. I've educated  myself after being attacked so many times by these same people and I promise you your money will go to good use.  I will strive to make every penny count  and will keep you updated on the progress. 


Those of you who know me know how much I love my daughter and how committed I am to being a good parent. PLEASE help.
I have twin daughters that are now 23 and have grown  to be beautiful young smart women.  I want the same for Emma. 

The aggressors have drained my funds and my strength with their constant assaults but not my inner determination  to protect a six-year-old child.
