Dearest friends, family, and art advocates,
As an MFA Acting candidate at Savannah College of Art & Design (SCAD), together with my indispensable production team, am thrilled to announce my graduate thesis short film, Which Way Is Which.
The film is a dramedy about a wildly chaotic actress with ADHD navigating a rigid industry while questioning ambition vs. purpose. She keeps sabotaging herself—until a perceptive producer finally sees that her disasters aren’t failures, but brilliance, forcing her to own the fire she’s spent a lifetime hiding. An industry satire with character introspection, the film blends comedy with heart, the story explores and illuminates themes of identity, relationships, the existential, and authenticity versus performance in art and life. Ultimately, it celebrates the belief that we are not mistakes to be corrected, rather, designs with intention—that our wiring carries purpose.
At a time when our culture prizes perfection, speed, and conformity, neurodivergent voices are pressured to shrink and mask. Which Way Is Which asks a simple question: why do we hide our true selves, and what do we lose when we do so? This film is an invitation to live outside the boxes, trust our instincts, take risks, celebrate our vulnerabilities, AND laugh out loud, whenever and as much as we possibly can!
