Tammy & Rick (Westside Deli of Andover)

Most of you know our story about the reason why we had to move out of the beautiful Cover Bridge (the hood system). It was a very sad, heartbreaking decision, but we did not have the funds to pursue the hood system because we are like everyone else; we live paycheck to paycheck. Since then, we have been in talks with the only other restaurant in the area that has the right equipment and the right space to bring Westside Deli of Andover back. After we realized that we were going to close and turn the Cover Bridge back to the original owner, we sold all of the food and some equipment because we did not think we would need those items anymore. After sitting down, Tammy and I have decided we really want to come back to Andover and convert Bella's/Hot Spot Restaurant into the Westside Deli. But after sitting down and doing all the figuring, the fact that we sold all the food since it had expiration dates, and some equipment that we will need, we thought to ask for the community's help to make this possible, because we put every penny that we had into the Cover Bridge. To make this move possible, we are going to need approximately $20,000 and that will barely get us up and running.

7. Get water, gas, electric, in our name

9. Some payroll to get employees in there to clean, train, and to start making product.

If this goes as planned, we plan on being in there in March. Getting the health department over to make sure I am not missing anything this time and open sometime in April. This would be more of a sit-down restaurant because that is the way this building is set up.

Tammy and I hate to ask for help. We are not those kinds of people. But this is the only way to make this happen, because we've spent and borrowed every penny that we could to make the Cover Bridge happen and overlooked the hood system.
