My name is Angela Clark, and I’ve spent decades perfecting soulful dishes that comfort and connect. But more importantly, I’ve spent years seasoning myself—through hardship, healing, discipline, and faith. Well Seasoned by Angela Clark is a Midwest-Southern bistro-style experience rooted in resilience. It’s for those who’ve walked through fire and come out flavored with wisdom.

From the very beginning, my vision was clear:

A full-service kitchen—not a mobile unit—where comfort food meets sophistication. Where signature dishes like oxtail & grits, cast iron skillet ribeye & smothered chicken, collard greens, lamb chops infused with Mediterranean flavors, Yvonne’s Fried Fish, Dave’s Gumbo & Mary’s butter-crunch poundcake, and creamy banana pudding just to name a few, get a refined, intentional twist. Where Smokey’s Seasoning Blend brings flavor without compromise.

But even more than a meal, Well Seasoned is a space for those who know what it means to endure life’s storms—with joy, with grace, and with the spirit of reciprocity. The kind of people who’ve sown love, service, and sacrifice—and are finally ready to reap a harvest in its rightful season.
