Hi everyone, thanks for taking a moment to read this. I am creating this fundraiser on behalf of a fellow neurology clinic coworker who is going through a difficult season and quietly carrying more weight than anyone should have to manage alone. Due to unexpected financial hardship, their utilities have been shut off, leaving them and their children without heat or hot water during this winter season.

This is a parent who does everything they can to keep life steady for them and their children, even during hardships. RIght now, they are just in need of a bit of community support to get through this difficult time.

This is someone who would never ask for help on their own, and was very hesitant to allow me to look for ways to support them, though gave me the greenlight to step in and help. They are unaware that I have created this fundraiser for them and I am asking that everyone keep this quiet and respect their wishes to remain anonymous so that we can help their family without any added stress or embarrassment.

Any help, whether it is donating, or sharing this page will go directly to getting basic household utilities turned back on and ensuring this family has a measure of warmth and stability again. Any additional proceeds with go towards gift cards for groceries and gas.
