UPDATE:

On the morning of March 31st, our friend Victor “Jesus” Parra was detained by ICE and taken to the Dallas County Jail. He has since been transferred to Bluebonnet Detention Center (ICE Detention) in Anson, Texas. Through the donations and the support of our community, we have been able to secure legal representation for Jesus to give him the best chance at freedom. On July 7th, we were notified that Jesus could be released on bond but his bond has been set at $15,000. We are asking the community for continued support in our efforts to fight for the release of Jesus. Please share with your friends and get the word out so we can get Jesus back home!

Securing bond allows him the right to be able to fight for his citizenship without unlawful detainment or the threat of immediate deportation.
