Bring the Westie Home: Fund Legal Action

I breed litters of dogs occasionally. A family wanted a second pup from me. We made an agreement via text and verbally to pay for the pup over 6 months. My husband and I drove 2 plus hours in NC to deliver for Christmas Eve for the woman and her family to give their children for Christmas.

She paid $500 of the $2500 but never paid again. I stayed in touch with her for months… finally 3 years.

After 2 years, she gave the dog to another family. The second family, the woman offered to pay me for the dog. She never did. Finally, after contacting them a number of times, the second family had a “cease and desist” letter sent to me by an attorney.

I absolutely rescue Westies and offer them to many people who need a loving companion.

I have now been blocked on all social media, text, and phone by both families.

The first family never paid but repeatedly promised to do so.

The second family is in possession of stolen goods.

I did ask to go get the dog from the second family who said I could come get him but then refused to give me an address.

I want the dog back! I need money to pay for an attorney. Please help. I do not want this pup in the hands of people willing to steal a pup.
