Bring The Spark to life in Eugene, OR

The Spark Mobile Cafe features Smoothie Bowls, Salads, Soups, Homemade Treats and an overall nourishing Breakfast & Lunch menu, full of favorites! We would love to become one of your regular stops for friendly service, delicious breakfast and lunch, beverage and treat options!

The Spark will be located at 2646 Willamette Street in Eugene, Oregon, with a walk-up window for take-home orders, as well as limited seating, coming very soon!!

We have spent years working through many steps to prepare for this moment and have invested greatly in this dream, hoping to make it the success we know it can be!

Fire Suppression System

New laws which went into effect at the beginning of this year require our truck to have a fire suppression system installed. The cost of this important addition to our truck will be around $4.5K.

Initial Inventory & Grand Opening

Our final step will be to purchase an initial inventory and packaging products as well as invest in advertising for our business. Food costs, packaging costs, printing punch cards and other branding items is projected to cost around $3K.

A bit about ourselves:

Spark owner, Julee Reinhart is an Oregon native, mother of two, and long-time barista. Her passion for cooking and baking was definitely inspired by her late grandparents, Gran and Joe, who always had a warm smile, a cookie, and a cup of coffee ready for guests, and who both remain an inspiration to many people today. Proud to have learned from some of the best small business owners in Lane County, Julee has helped foster The Spark’s mission and menu with a healthy, happy community in mind!

Michael Sorensen is an Oregon native, longtime cook and beloved musician. With his band Sol Seed, he has toured the United States playing music and experiencing the local culture and cuisine of many different places. Michael started cooking at a young age, helping his parents prepare dinner for their family of six. His genuine passion for serving community, and true love for cooking, is exemplified in every dish he serves!

Aravis Irvine is currently completing her BA in cinema studies at the University of Oregon! Her vision and creative talents will enrich The Spark’s outreach greatly.

Emory Irvine is about to be a Churchill High School graduate and has spent his time in high school gaining his carpentry certification. His mind for how things work, and his innovative intelligence, strengthen The Spark team greatly.
