Hey everyone! My name is Gabby and I am the founder of The Hairless Hound™

Backstory

From Corporate Life to Creative Spirit (with a Hairless Twist)

After years in the corporate world, I traded the boardroom for the bar kit. What started as a creative outlet quickly became a calling: to build something of my own, rooted in passion, creativity, and community!

That journey led me to The Hairless Hound™: a cocktail brand inspired by my love for spirits, vibey Brooklyn culture, and my fiercely loyal, totally bald sidekick, Chaufa, the Peruvian hairless dog.

What started as a mobile bartending service is now growing into a house brand, and now, I’m working to open a brick-and-mortar bar that feels like home. A place that reflects the creative soul of the Brooklyn, welcomes dogs and dog lovers, and celebrates bold cocktails with even bolder heart.

The goal?

To create a space that's truly unique to the community on a mission, partnering with local dog shelters, hosting inclusive events that give back, and building something lasting.

This isn’t just a bar. It’s a love letter to Brooklyn, to Chaufa, and to the audacity to forge your own path.

The Hairless Hound™ was built with soul—from one scrappy leap of faith, a lot of late nights, and the belief that a great drink can bring people (and pups) together.

Secure a commercial property: Our $100K goal lets us put 20% down on a Brooklyn bar space (~$500K value)

• Cover closing costs + legal fees

• Fund key startup costs: Licensing, light renovations, early inventory, and bar essentials

• Qualify for an SBA loan: With the down payment in place, we can apply for a 10–25 year SBA loan that funds the rest
