Bring the Beat: Support Our STOMP to RISE 3rd Grade Show

Hey Rise family and community,

Ms. De Leon here! We’re cooking up something good in music and we need your help to make it happen!

Our 3rd graders are getting ready for a high energy, STOMP inspired performance that will be their capstone moment of 3rd grade. These amazing scholars were the very first class I ever taught as a music teacher, starting all the way back in kindergarten during the 2021–2022 school year, which was right after Nevada Rise Academy reopened from the pandemic. They’ve grown so much, and it’s been an incredible privilege to witness their journey as growing musicians and scholars. This is a performance to showcase their talent, creativity, and of course, rhythm! We want them to STOMP to RISE!

Here’s where you can help!

We’re hoping to raise funds to complete building a custom STOMP-inspired instrument and purchase additional materials to use as instruments to help bring the full vision of this performance to life. There will be beats, movement, and every 3rd Grade scholar will have a role to play in this booming performance.

Whether it’s $5, $25, or more, your donation will go directly toward the instruments and materials needed to empower these kids to take the stage with confidence and power. Every bit helps for every beat!
