When the devastating fires tore through our community, many lives were upended — including one gentle soul we’ve come to know and love. He didn’t make it back to his family, but we’ve given him a new name and a second chance.

Meet Shadow — a three-year-old sweetheart who’s pure love wrapped in fur.

At home, Shadow is a dream companion. He’s fully potty trained, never destructive, and content simply being by your side — whether it’s going for a walk, joining you on a car ride, adventuring in nature, or curling up quietly for a cuddle. He has a calm, soulful presence and a heart that wants nothing more than to connect. He adjusts to your rhythm, always eager to give love and receive it in return.

Now, we’re just one step away from getting Shadow ready for his forever home. We have vaccinated and neutered him. But, he has a lipoma near his ear that needs to be removed before it causes discomfort. The procedure is minor, but essential to keep him feeling his best. Since, he will be under anesthesia, we will also give him a dental to make sure he is in complete health!

Shadow has come so far, and he’s almost there. With your help, we can give him the comfort and care he needs to start his next chapter — one filled with the same unconditional love he so freely gives.
