Help Bring Samath Home

Samath Thoeun was taken by ICE, leaving behind his wife and young child who are now facing life without him. Samath came to the United States as a baby. This is the only home he's ever known. He doesn't speak the language of his birth country and has no ties there. There's even a risk he may be denied entry and sent to an entirely different country, alone and afraid.

Samath is a devoted father and hardworking provider who has always put his family first. His life is here, with the people who love and need him. His wife and daughter need him.

We are raising funds to help cover urgent legal fees in the hopes of reopening his case and getting him in front of a judge. With the right legal support, Samath has a real chance of returning home to the family that needs him more than anything.
