Hi, we’re Wake of Dawn, a Dutch modern metalcore band.

We’re raising funds to create a high quality, cinematic music video for our new track Safe haven. The track is about emotional wounds, mental struggle, and the absence of a place where you truly feel safe. The song and the video explore how unresolved pain can quietly shape people and affect others, often without anyone meaning to hurt each other. More importantly, it’s about showing people that they are not alone in those feelings.

This video represents a new creative chapter for Wake of Dawn. With a renewed line-up and a more mature, dynamic sound, we want to visually translate the emotional weight of the song into something honest, human and relatable not shock value, but atmosphere, intimacy and meaning.

The funds raised will be used to cover essential production costs, including:

If you believe in music that connects, confronts and gives people a sense of recognition, we truly appreciate your support in bringing Safehaven to life.

Kind regards,

Wake of Dawn
