Bring Sable and Onyx Home
Hi, my name is Harley! If you know me, you know it's not like me to ever ask for financial assistance, so I promise you this cause is super important to me. I'm starting a fundraiser on behalf of my dear older sister, Jessica. She could really use all the support she can get right now, and I want to thank you in advance for reading her story.
Anyone who meets Jessica agrees that she is the sweetest person ever and always puts others before herself. However, this time, she's the one who needs the help.
Jessica is a huge animal lover, and she's been that way her entire life. Our pets are always considered family, and we love them with all of our hearts. In 2016, I was with Jessica when she rescued two young kittens, Sable and Onyx, and they became the most important thing to her. They are her family. Over the years, I have seen her love for them continue to grow, and she has always spoiled them and given them an amazing life.
Well, within the past year, Jessica had plans to move to England and have a future with someone who meant a lot to her. She worked hard to make all of her dreams come true, and of course, she couldn't leave her cats behind. So, she did everything in her power to move her cats to England. However, unfortunately, Jessica experienced a devastating breakup this summer, and her world has been turned upside down. She has already lost so much and has been truly heartbroken. It tears me apart to see her experience this tragedy. We can't let her lose her cats, too, during all of this.
The cost to fly her beloved cats back to the U.S. is very expensive, and we don't have much time before they will have to be taken to an animal shelter. It's been difficult for our family to gather the money to bring Sable and Onyx back home, and that's why I created this fundraiser.
Jessica deserves all the happiness in the world, and I want us to come together to be able to support her during this very hard and trying time in her life. Any and all donations and assistance would be greatly appreciated. And if there's anything I can do in return for your kindness, please let me know. It truly takes a village, and we are very grateful!
Thank you for taking the time to read her story and helping my sister, Jessica. It means so much to us!
Love,
Harley
