Rise for Rye: Support for the Fletchers

This GoFundMe is to rally support for Rye and the entire Fletcher family.

The Fletchers are a family who have given so much to our football community over the years, always the first to lend a hand and the last to ask for anything in return. Reaching out like this is incredibly difficult for them, but the Fletchers need our help right now more than ever.

Rye, who has been bravely chasing his football dreams on the other side of the world, recently received devastating news: he's been diagnosed with a rare and incurable cancer.

Through this GoFundMe and with the unwavering support of family and friends, the Fletchers were able to bring Rye home to Australia, where he very quickly was surrounded by his family and friends, and began treatment at the Gold Coast University Hospital.

Funds raised now will go directly towards supporting Rye's parents, Spencer and Michelle, who are unable to work as they care for Rye in this very uncertain time. Funds also go towards medical treatment and care.

Every donation, no matter how small, will make a profound difference to Rye and his family during this unimaginably difficult time.
