Bring Rosie Home: Fight Against Negligence

Help me bring Rosie home! KC Pet Project at KCCAC wrongfully gave my dog away. 7/9/24 I was contacted by KC Pet Project and told that they found my lost dog through her microchip. I was so excited to get the news that I was reuniting with my baby. When I arrived, a couple was trying to claim my dog, and because they had recent pictures, the shelter believed that they were the best fit for my baby. The picture above, which was taken from their website, shows the condition I found my poor Rosie in. clearly showing gross negligence. Please help me bring her home! I am pursuing legal action against KC Pet Project for relinquishing her to an unfit home and not allowing me to rightfully reclaim my baby.
