Hi, my name is Marc-André. I’m a Canadian who’s been living in Australia for the past 10 years—and there’s one thing I’ve been missing this whole time:
Proper cheese curds.
If you’ve ever travelled to Canada, you probably know poutine. And if you’ve had it here in Australia, you’ve probably noticed something’s off.
It’s not the gravy.
It’s not the fries.
It’s the cheese.
Real poutine is made with fresh cheese curds—the kind that squeak when you bite into them. That texture, that freshness… it’s what makes poutine, poutine.
And it’s almost impossible to find done right here.
So I’m changing that.
I’m starting a business to produce authentic, fresh cheese curds locally in Australia—supplying restaurants, pubs, and food trucks so they can finally serve poutine the way it’s meant to be.
But it’s not just for venues.
I also want to make curds available for people at home—because you shouldn’t need to go out to eat something this good.
