Welcome, gothic horror fans. I am bringing to life the classic story The Cask of Amontillado by Edgar Allan Poe. We need your help to bring this story to life! I am working with an incredible group of Prague-based filmmakers, actors, and creators. Join us on our journey to bring this story to life.

The Cask of Amontillado is a story about a bitter and vengeful man that lures his companion deep into the tunnels beneath Italy, with the promise of wine, only to lock him up and leave him for dead.

What we see in this story, is elements of the original story, but rather that a flat adaptation, we are actually seeing what happens afterward, with the man, Fortunato, slowly delve into madness, beginning to question his entire world and whether he deserves what happened to him.

Our budget for this film will contribute to not only compensating our cast and crew but allow us access to top tier locations and period accurate costumes that will lend itself to the era the story takes place.
