Bring Pizza Back to The BottleNeck Lounge

In Seattle, near the corner of East Madison and East John, is a friendly little family-owned bar where building community is at the heart of our business. Tice & Jody bought The BottleNeck Lounge in July 2023, but it's been a fixture in the neighborhood since 2008.

When we first opened we served delicious artisan pizza, which was a big hit, but we lost the use of our prep kitchen and pizza oven about eight months in.

Since then we've had so many guests, friends, and family ask when we are bringing pizza back and our answer is always the same: when we can save up $12,000 to buy the oven and make some slight modifications to the space in our kitchen. So many people said they'd be willing to pitch in, but we weren't sure how to make it happen until someone suggested GoFundMe, and here we are.

Tice and I love running the bar! It's a place where you can stop in for a drink, share a tasty bite, chat with your neighbors, and leave feeling better than when you came in. We host weekly events like Trivia Tuesday, Open Mic nights, and Nintendo 64 Tournaments, plus third Saturday events like our Pig Roast, Chili Cook-Off Competition, and more.
