Bring Pickleball To A Native American Reservation
Donation protected
“Pickleball on the Rez” is an event created for Native American and Indigenous communities. We long to help bridge the gap of the wealth disparities that unfortunately many tribes face today. Not only do the Natives on these reservations face poverty, lost languages, and lost cultural identity, but they also face drug and alcohol addiction. Children as young as eleven (11) years old join gangs and have died due to violence or self-inflicted harm. The tribal members and volunteers work tirelessly to keep their youth from going down dangerous paths through the Boys and Girls Club, but need more help, as several of their youth have joined outside gangs and have brought that violent culture into the reservation.
“Pickleball on the Rez” is a free event for the Tribal members of the Pascua Yaqui Tribe. Through Pickleball, we aim to facilitate opportunity and love for the game throughout indigenous communities. The hope is that we can inspire the kids to trade their addiction to drugs, alcohol, and violence for pickleball instead - demonstrating there are no barriers in the game of Pickleball.
We will be hoping to share kindness, love, and the gift of pickleball.

HOW YOU CAN HELP
We desperately need to raise $5,000.00 in less than 7 days! We are flying our staff and PB equipment, and paying for transportation, food, and other daily necessities. This is the biggest undertaking for our Kids Foundation thus far. We desire to use our gifts and skills to bless the less fortunate.
We are asking for your support in this incredible endeavor! If only 100 people give $50, that will help with the rest of our expenses.
It is NEVER a comfortable thing to ask for donations, however, under these conditions…we humbly and excitedly, make our plea to you.
YOU ARE THE CHANGE OUR WORLD AND COUNTRY NEED.
