Let's bring Phil Pepin home

Hello, my name is Peggie Parniawski and I am raising funds to bring our beloved friend Phil Pepin home after a tragic medical emergency while on vacation. On August 7th, while in Jackson, WY, Phil had a brain hemorrhage due to an AVM and aneurysm. He was rushed to the local hospital and within 12 hours was treated and medivac'd to 2 acute care hospitals. We traveled with Phil from Jackson to Idaho Falls where they initially told us Phil was not going to make it. Then came in a neurosurgeon who strongly felt we should send Phil to Salt Lake City for surgery. With family agreement, we then made our way to Intermountain Hospital in SLC where Phil underwent a craniotomy to repair his AVM and aneurysm.

Phil has been in the Neuro ICU since then and is now stable enough to travel home for his acute rehabilitation. As most know, transferring acutely ill patients may cost over $100,000.00.

There are so many people who know and love Linda and Phil Pepin and have felt helpless during this time. We are hoping to raise the funding to offset the uncovered medical and transportation expenses and needs for Phil going forward. Please help us bring Phil home! Thank you <3
