My father, Sebastian, was recently detained by ICE at his USCIS interview and after getting told that his petition was approved, ICE detained him. We are devastated and terrified. My father is a kind, hard-working, and loving man who has spent 26 years building a life here, supporting his family, and giving back in every way he could.

His sudden detention has left our family in shock. We are doing everything we can to fight for his release and ensure he receives a fair hearing, but the legal process is incredibly expensive and urgent. My father has no criminal record and has worked long and hard to get to get his petition approved.
