Bring Pam and Chris Back to Vital Services

My friends Pam and Chris are needing assistance. Chris has Cerebral Palsy and is wheelchair-bound and Pam, his mother, is a senior. He lives with his mother, Pam, and they do not have a vehicle. Pam and Chris moved to Texas from California during the pandemic to be closer to family. Once they got to Texas, they realized how minimal services are in Texas for someone with Chris' disability. When Chris was in California, he was receiving exceptional services that helped him thrive. Due to Pam having a teacher's pension and a small amount of social security and Chris having only social security disability as their income, Pam is unable to afford a vehicle, and there is no public transportation where they live in Texas. Pam and Chris are confined to their apartment on most days. Chris is unable to work or socialize due to having no transportation. Pam and Chris are in desperate need of assistance to help them get back to California where Chris can receive the services he needs to help him thrive.
